Sanding & Sealing
The sanding and sealing is for newly installed unfinished wood floors or the restoration of an existing wood floor.
The sanding process is started off with a corse grit paper get rid of any high points and lipping in the wood flooring and we gradually use higher grit papers until we get to a fine grit paper to achieve a smooth finish ready to take stain of your choice (if wanted ) then the lacquer or a hard wax oil.
